Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and use the provided return shipping label to send it back to us.
  4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or send a replacement within 7 business days.

Return Process for Unwanted Products

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, please follow these steps:

  1. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  2. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

  • Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., certain baby products).

Initiating Returns

Jaiman Toys provides an option of returning any products purchased within 3 Days of its receipt.

 

  • Please ensure product has original label and box for easy returns.
  • To initiate a return request with us anytime by email :- info@jaimantoys.com or through whatsapp on +91 9898747688 / +91 9773576001 ,within 3 working days of delivery of the product.
  • To initiate an exchange or return, please call or WhatsApp us on +91 9773576001 or email us at info@jaimantoys.com. Once your request is approved, the item will be picked up within 2-3 working days by our courier partner.

 

Processing Refunds

Once the product is received at our warehouse, your exchange or return request will be processed. All refunds are made directly to the original mode of payment

 

 

Incorrect Product

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Jaiman Toys shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

 

Discounted Product

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

 

Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order hasn’t been shipped, please go to your account page, then go to your orders section. Once in the orders page, click on the Request Cancellation button to request cancelation of the order. 

** Orders will be fulfilled as per availability.

** No refund option will be available due to any price change at any time.

 

Jaiman Toys reserves the right to cancel orders without prior intimation.
