The Williams by Bachmann Amtrak Cascades #470 F59PHI is an O Scale diesel-electric locomotive decorated in the distinctive Amtrak Cascades green, cream, and copper paint scheme. Based on the EMD F59PHI prototype, this ready-to-run locomotive features True Blast® Plus 16-bit polyphonic sound with prime mover, horn, and bell, dual vertical motors with flywheels, 8-wheel drive with traction tires, and a metal chassis. Additional details include operating ditch lights, directional headlights, illuminated number boards and marker lights, etched brass side screens, opening cab doors, rotating radiator fans, two engineer figures, and operating die-cast metal couplers. Designed for three-rail O Gauge layouts, it operates on O-31 curves and delivers both realistic performance and authentic appearance.
